This broad definition of the expert applies in the case of the vessels surveyor, goods and marine facilities, in the function of the specialty of the expert, and the mission entrusted to him.His role is to determine as accurately as possible in a spirit of total self-abnegation and of intellectual and professional honesty the actual state of the object of his mission and to establish the most complete report possible.His greatest mission too is to establish the means of a friendly and honest arrangement between the silent partner of his mission and his partner.
With the experience gained over more than four years in the field of qualitative and quantitative control of raw materials imports, BEMACT developed and diversified its activities in the expertise, pointing and supervision from one end to other.
Since early 2003, BEMACT never ceased evolving in the sector of the expertise as only objectives: quality of service rendered and professionalism.

1995-2001: principal expert in VERITAL |
2001-2002: antenna chief in Skikda (VERITAL) |
